Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 month experience. Possession of current instructor certificate to teach ASHI curriculum within 2 months. Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid and CPR Certifications. Valid driver license.
Job Duties: Instructs and trains general public and private company classes. curriculum includes Healthcare Provider, Healthcare Provider Refresher, Heartsaver Adult, Pediatric and Infant, Heartsaver AED, and Basic Emergency Aid. Instructor will be responsible to pick up class materials and equipment and take them to private classes in their own vehicle, as well as return the equipment.
For offsite classes, instructors are responsible for picking up class materials and equipment at our training facility, setting up for classes at offsite locations and returning materials and equipment following the class.
For onsite classes, instructors are responsible for arriving up prior to the class time to welcome students and are responsible for the class. Supplies and equipment will be provided, cleaned and prepared by The CPR Center staff.
Days and Hours: On an as - needed basis. Available a variety of daytimes, evenings, weekdays and weekends, depending on classes scheduled.
